Ummm…brella?

Posted by tvor @ 5:57 pm

You never know how much you really need an umbrella or even a raincoat until you are stranded at work and need to make the 15 minute walk to and from the bus stop in the pouring rain. I really wanted to get an umbrella after the last rainfall but then I said to myself, “Well, it’s not raining now…why do I need an umbrella if it’s not raining?” I guess it’s just a form of procrastination. So I’ll either need to get one or look at the day’s forecast before leaving the apartment in the morning so that I can take a coat.

  4. Or you could always just use a garbage bag. They are a GREAT way to keep dry in dire circumstances!

  5. To comment on Alicia’s comment, “most” of us Newfs do know to take an umbrella..Usually taking an umbrella assures us that it “wont” rain..and then we wonder..why did I take the Umbrella in the first place? Dont worry Trev..an umbrella is just one of those things that we always think we will never need..except when we get stuck in the rain for 15 minutes!! But what are the chances of that actually happening anway!
