I just finished watching One Magic Christmas and it brought back alot of good memories about watching all of the Christmas specials around this time of the year. Nothing like sitting in a room lit up by multi-coloured lights while watching a good Christmas movie and enjoying a cup of hot chocolate, box of candy canes, and egg nog. Almost feels like Christmas overload!

Staying on the theme of Christmas movies, I watched National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation last night which is probably the funniest Christmas movie I have seen. It’s right up there with A Christmas Story and Home Alone. And who can forget A Muppet Family Christmas? So many great movies to watch, so little time! Plus all of the shopping too!

After being challenged by Andrew and some other ACF members about my Pac Man high score of 80,680 being a fluke, they wanted me to beat it to show that it wasn’t from mere luck. If I couldn’t beat it, my high score would be erased.

I haven’t played the game for almost 2 weeks, so I sat down tonight and my first score was around 32,000. The second game went much better, however. My new record of 98,280 proves that I am capable of being a Pac Man top gunner. Let me know if you want me to beat my current high score again, Andrew, or else I’ll stop playing until someone beats it.

Seems like my true greatness at Pac Man is in jeopardy. My high score is at ‘tribal council’ in the ACF poll about whether it should be deleted. It doesn’t look to be in my favour. Let my legend live on!

I woke up this morning at 8:00 to discover that the power was out. This resulted in having to take a shower at work due to the lack of hot water.

Hey Erin, here’s the CD opener. Guess what? It’s used to open CDs…no joke!

I woke up this morning and looked out of our 15th floor balcony to see that a fresh blanket of snow had fallen during the night, disguising Scarborough as a winter wonderland. It also made me realize how it feels so good that I don’t have to write any exams within the next few weeks. Just regular work and then relaxing nights at home.

Also, my 7 month streak ended today when I forgot my badge for work. I wanted to go for the full 16 months but it didn’t happen. So now I’m wearing a temp badge…very embarassing.
