Come Fly With Me
While reading through the documentation for Flight Simulator 2004, it mentioned something about online virtual airlines. Since I’ve always dreamed about being some kind of a pilot, this interested me.
After finding several virtual airlines, I joined Atlantic Skies which operates out of major centres such as Paris, Salt Lake City, Baltimore, and Sydney. I decided to start off with the Miami hub. So far I’ve taken one flight with 3 crew members and 79 passengers from Miami to Key West in an Avro BAe 146 and everyone survived! Check out my flight info if you want to see where else I’m flying.
There are plenty of ‘cool’ features with this Atlantic Skies such as live flight status. You can see how many flights are currently at the gate, departing, en route, or landed. Also, each flight has a financial sheet which shows how much the company received from passengers tickets and cargo expenses, plus how much the company had to pay for fuel. You also get a virtual salary after each flight. This should give me a good start to a career as a virtual airline pilot!
sounds like a far cry from getting blasted through a wall in counter strike….I think the game should allow you to do coll things in the plane while passengers are aboard, like rolls and stunts and stuff, then it could give you stats on how many people you made yak and how much the company had to pay in lawsuits

I wonder if the airline includes support for the X-Plane software:
