GMail Account

Posted by tvor @ 3:06 pm

I have finally received an invitation for a GMail account!

I won’t post my new address here so that a spammer can get a hold of it. But if you want to send an email to my new address, use my first name followed by a period and then my last name and attach @gmail.com on the end. ;)

  2. I may regret asking, but what is a g mail and why is it so special?

  3. The main feature behind GMail is that it gives you 1000MB (1GB) of space for email as compared with Hotmail that gives you 2MB. Also, it’s from Google and anything from Google is cool therefore implying that GMail is cool.

Also, to get a GMail account requires an invite from somebody else who already has GMail.

  4. sounds swanky and exclusive, so, why do you need so much space in an email account? who is going to send you 100MB emails??

  5. There is so much space so that you’ll probably never had to delete any emails. You can just archive them so that you can keep them forever!

Also, you can only get a GMail account when another GMail user sends you an invitation. I haven’t received any invitations yet but when I do, they’ll go to the highest bidder. :)

  7. I received an invitation to join GMail from a friend, but I haven’t received any invitations to invite other people to GMail yet.

And by highest bidder, whoever forks over the most $$ will get an invitation from me. ;)
