The Bearded Adventure
During this past Christmas break, I took on a small project since there wasn’t much else to do except watch tv. I decided to stop shaving for a couple of weeks and see what happened. The project started on Christmas Day and ended today. The main purpose was to see if I could grow a beard. Here are some pictures of the de-bearding which took place this afternoon.

In other news, I’m currently looking for employment after graduation. I have applied to several places in Ottawa, Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver, and Waterloo. We’ll see if anything surfaces from these applications.
Since arriving back to Wolfville since the Christmas break, I’m already up to my neck in work with a couple of assignments and my final project that I’ve been working on. I also took in my first Acadia basketball game this past Wednesday night where Acadia lost to St. FX. However, I went to the Acadia hockey game last night with a group of people which turned out to be one of the best games I’ve seen in a while. The Axemen ended up winning 4-3 with 21 seconds left in overtime. Another highlight of the game happened at 17:50 of the second period when 43 minutes of penalties were handed out, including a couple game misconducts. The Axemen are playing again tonight, so depending on how much work I can get done this afternoon, I may go again.
Update: The infamous moustache which only lasted for a couple of minutes:
Awesome! you look like a total “G” trevor, the beard really changes the look.
Comment by Erin — January 24, 2005 @ 1:17 pmPerhaps the beard will come back someday…perhaps after I have grad photos done.
What’s a “G”?
Comment by Trevor — January 24, 2005 @ 1:55 pmAww but you failed to included the lesser known “stache” that you had for all of 2 minutes…
Comment by Julie — January 24, 2005 @ 5:33 pmErin, do you mean I look like a Gangster?
The moustache picture is now posted. I know someone is going to use it against me someday. Oh well.
