Heritage Park
This morning we went to Heritage Park, Canada’s Largest Living Historical Village. It’s only a few blocks away from our place, but it took us almost 2 years to go there.
The day consisted of taking the old steam train around the park, floating around the Glenmore Reservoir on the old-fashioned paddle boat, and looking through the old houses, churches, and stores.
Pictures coming soon…
You know - those are some of the hardest places to get to. It took me and Julie almost 2 summers to find a really cool park just down the street from us (has a farmer’s market and swimming in a lake). I don’t know why we didn’t go exploring any sooner…
